Acupuncture is defined as the "use of needles". Ear stapling is a “form” of acupuncture. Through ear stapling, we are able to target the stomach, and lung acupuncture points. We use an Acupuncture locator that detects the point for you to place the staples. Ear stapling has amazing success rates, but is proven that you can not get the results you want for your clients without the use of this device. There are companies that do not use this necessary device, as they claim there are too many points in the ear for it to work. There are over 300 points in the ear, but there are also specified locations for all of them, or we wouldn't be able to do ear stapling, or any form of acupuncture. 
Everyone’s ears are different. To show optimal results, the staples must be placed in the strongest point. The locator detects each individual's strongest point within the specific location. There isn’t any amount of training that can tell you where each individuals "strongest” stomach, and lung points are located just by "looking" at ears/ear models. The points must be detected. You will be ready to start stapling upon completion of your training; therefore we don’t put a time limit on our training sessions, as people learn at different speeds.
